Nothing. Technology has made it obsolete.
You might get $5 from a collector.

If it's an original Mac-128, with no upgrades, in mint condition, it may
have some collector's value. Perhaps a museum might want it.
If it's a later model, or if it's broken, or if it's been altered, then
it is worthless. The resale value of those old 68000 machines went to
zero many years ago.
WRT the signatures, they were molded into a lot of different Mac models.
They do not indicate a "collector's edition" and do not affect the Mac's
value at all.
