Hi,

I have just found out that you can set up a hotmail account with Entourage
and receive all the messages there instead of going to the browser.

Great,I thought, so I set one up but somehow it won¹t connect.

I am sure everything is set up right but a message pops up (cant remember
what it saids) and I cant receive mail from that account.

Does anyone know if I can connect or should I just keep using the browser
way?

Cheers

What OS version are you on at the moment?

I have used Entourage to access Hotmail for a long time but recently
ran into problems similar to your. No idea what caused it. Could be
10.3.2 with all the latest security updates etc, could be something
completely different.

or you could just use httpmail with the IMHO superior inbuilt mail
application....

... a much cheaper (free) and cleaner alternative...

You should update Office to the latest version. This should make
Entourage version 10.1.4 (030702). Microsoft updates Hotmail access
which tends to break older versions of Entourage.
