I want to sell my old Powermac 7200/120. It has 32mb ram, 1.2gb HD, 8x
CDROM, OS 8.6, 15" Viewsonic screen (with PC-Mac adaptor) etc. I have no
idea how much to ask for it. I've seen similar systems going for anything
between $150 and $300 in the trading post.
Thanks

Now if it were a MacPlus it would at least make an old goldfish home.
Ain't it sad...

I bought a 7200/120 for $30 2 years ago (no screen though).
Stuff in the trading post is often what people are asking, not what
they're getting !
A better bet is to check Ebay 'completed items', that's what they've
actually sold for.
Earlier this year beige G3's were going for $100 on ebay (again no
screens).
Bottom line is that I don't think it's worth much ($50 ?), but you
never know what people will pay !
PS: I use my 7200 as an internet gateway, running YellowDog linux and
acting as my airport base station and firewall so there's still life
in the ugly old things !
