Hi,

What would be the going price for a 1998 G3 series powerbook?
Commonly known as 'wallstreet'. It's 300 MHz, 14.1 screen,
384 MB RAM and 8 GB HD. This is the pre-firewire model.
The battery is dead (replacement around $300).  I've had
a bit of at the second hand market in Aus but have not seen
one for sale.

Cheers,
Duncan.

Well,

I just, last week infact, paid $400 inc delivery, for a G3 233
Wallstreet, with 14.1in screen, 160MB RAM, 2GB HDD, 20X CDROM and
perfectly working battery that holds ~3 hours worth of charge.

That maybe can give you a bit of an outline. Also, on top of the specs,
you really need to analyze what you are going to use it for, and how
much you personally are willing to pay.

Hope that helps.
