You can do this by using the disk utility in OSX and image the
10GB drive to the 20GB drive.  You will then be able to use the 10GB
as a spare for backups etc.

Select Go-Utilities-disk utility.

In the window which appears select your 10GB disk and ther "restore".
Drag the icons of your disk to the relative source and destination boxes.
