I have a client who runs an upmarket landscaping business. There are a number
of staff involved in the design and execution of the projects.
To date, they haven't really been tracking the time spent on the projects.
This is a problem because they base their fee on an estimate of the time
required to do all this, so they don't know which projects are profitable and
which are not.
Apart from the time tracking aspect, they also want to use this system to
track the progress of the projects, and maybe help in the initial planning.
I wondering whether people can recommend any software packages that can handle
this sort of requirement. It would need to be able to be used by multiple
people and preferably run on a Mac. It could even be a web application that
would run on their server.
Thanks
David

You can look at Linkx...we are currently trying out their service for
time tracking. We have an automation business and we use their service
to track our time on the field using our regular cell phones (RAZRs
and LGs)
