Hi folx,

I'm a Mac consultant based in Sydney, and we occasionally have need for
the services of a PC consultant for some of our customers.

I'm looking for a PC consultant who's reliable, knowledgeable, isn't
scared of Macs but isn't interested in taking over that part of the work.

Would prefer someone based on the north shore just because we are and I
think that'll make things a bit easier.

If anyone has a PC consultant they think fits the bill, or if you're a
PC consultant who feels they fit the bill, please contact me via e-mail
or on the numbers below. I'd prefer direct contact rather than posted
replies just to keep these newsgroups on-topic.

Thanks for your time,

Sean

"PC consultant" is not very specific. You might consider what your exact
requirements are and repost.

The two people who have replied so far seem to know what I meant, but in
the interests of maintaining that strike rate, here's what I'm looking
for...

A consultant who knows about Windows in its main variants - 98 and
subsequent, server and client, plus more than passing acquaintance with
main apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MYOB, etc.) and troubleshooting and
setup issues - what to do with crashing machines, how to get Word
working again, Anti-Virus setup, firewall setup, wireless and wired
networking.

I don't know if that makes it any clearer, but it probably sums up what
I'm looking for. If anyone else wants clarification because they're not
sure if they fit the bill, I'm happy to get requests for further
clarification directly.

Regards

Sean
