Has anyone signed up for UNWIRED broadband internet and want to share their
experiences? It sounds like a fantastic idea, but I'm worried about security
and reliability. Funny about internet banking as it is....  Not it's going
over the airwaves????  Will it be more reliable than the mobile phone
network it's so similar to?

I've signed up to the rival iBurst broadband available in Sydney through
Techex.

Access is excellent in the Sydney CBD/Sydney Airport/Eastern Suburbs/North
Sydney but not so great on CityRail once you get past Burwood (probably
sitting inside the equivalent of a Faraday cage that is a Sydney train
doesn't help!)

Tech support was very helpful for the Mac although the current installer
doesn't work in 10.3. I had to unpack the installer manually using Pacifier.

Have to say broadband anywhere makes a huge difference to your work.

Really missed it when I spent a week in Melbourne in August - It is supposed
to roll out in Melbourne/Brisbane September.
