synchronising files on OSX?

Can anyone tell me if their is shareware to synchronise files between my
laptop and a network server? iSync only does the address book and calendar.

RsyncX <http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/16814> is
freeware.

Do you mean ensuring the same version of files are on both systems or
do you mean syncing the content of files that are being changed on both
systems?

RBrowser does folder synchronization, but it seems to be strictly one-way,
and it's only available in paid mode.
