Only 4 of my accounts appear on Mail 2.0 popup

I have more than 4 mail accounts. I can see them all in the Mail 2.0
account preferences. However, when composing email, I can only see the
first four. Is this a known feature/bug?

Are any of the accounts marked as "inactive" in the account preferences
window?
