I use PGP to encrypt files and text.
After Archive & Install of Tiger, PGP fails to launch.
Solution: Move three PGP Directories from /Previous System to
/Library/Frameworks
(The directory /Library/Frameworks is not shown in Finder. Use the
command line tools.)
Now PGP 8.03 works fine in Tiger. (As has been reported elsewhere, PGP
desktop, which handles PGP encrypted disk images, doesn't work in
Tiger.)

The PGP 8 plug-in bundle for Mail will 'cause Mail to crash when
attempting to display a message. Remove the plug-in from
/Library/Mail/Bundles.

Yup. PGP 8.1 doesn't seem to give me any trouble (after an Upgrade
install).
