Lock Icons on Photoshop Files

Out of the blue, I am now getting little lock icons on the images I
export from Photoshop's "Save for Web" feature.  It doesn't seem to
affect the files at all, as I can open them just fine.  And Get Info
shows that the file isn't locked.  I'm just trying to figure out why
I'm suddenly getting lock icons on the files.

I'm on a Dual 2.5 GHz G5 Mac running Photoshop CS (v 8.0).

Actually, the icons are little locks when viewed in list view, but when
icon view is chosen, the file icons show up as Photoshop folder icons.
Very, very odd!
