I made a list of signatures and selected "randomly" for them to be added
to mail. Now I want to remove "randomly" but don't see a way to do it. I
seem to only have one other choice "sequentially." I'd rather just make
the choice as I go along.

Any help is appreciated.

The first choice in the menu is "None".  That's what you want.  When
you're composing a message, there's a Signature menu, and you can select
the signature you want from that.

BTW, you might want to check out MailEnhancer, which will automatically
select a signature based on the account you're sending from.

Thanks for the tip! I've missed that one.

But it crashed sadly.
First the install script didn'  t work on my plain international English
setup, then the app quit after a manual install. Second time around it
started, but crashed when I opened a new message. Sorry. I would have
loved the signature-follows-account.

I've never had any problems with it.
