I for some reason loast all data in Microsoft Entourage 2004. I have
what I need on the Palm, but when I try to synch, it asks for a
password, that I have no clue.
Any suggestions....forever in your debt

Many systems use the last 4 digits of the phone number or the last 4
digit of the owner's Social Security number. If either of those works,
do your sync'ing... and then change the password. Those 2 choices of
password are very weak.
Good luck.

Now, at the start I admit I am shooting these electrons at you from a palmOS
background, but ...
When you set up your phone did you have a security setting? You may have set
up a password in this.
What are you using as your "bridge" between the two - Palm Desktop etc? Is
there a password in there somewhere?
Have you checked your KeyChain - there could be something there.
How much data is there on the phone? Is there another way of sending it to
the Mac as a temporary solution (IR, Bluetooth etc)?
There is always the new Mac-Voodoo ... repair permissions - it may work.
GOOD LUCK!!!!

Try the user account password on the Mac. It may need permission to
access something.
