I have gone thru the prefs but can't figure out how to set a default
window width and height.

Any help would be appreciated.

I could not find it either, but it does seem to remember it on a per file
basis.  When you save a file it notes the arrangement for the one file at
least.  Not as handy I guess if you have to keep re-sizing it for each new
file I guess.

I did come up with one thing. Configure the page you like and save it as
"stationary." Use that icon when starting. I guess I'll do it that way
till a better way is found.
