At work, I have an iMac running OS 9.
On the abisource.com site, it appears I can only download AbiWord for OS
X.
Does anyone know where I can find an older version?
TIA.

I don't think there is a OS 9 version of AbiWord.

That would explain it. :-)
Does anyone know if I can download a free .doc viewer for OS 9? TIA.

I don't know of a free viewer, but if you're willing to pay $20 there's
ICWord:
http://www.panergy-software.com/buy/dl/dlwword.html
You can download and try it for 30 days before you have to pay.
