What's the most stable/safe mini-drive? USB Flash, SD Card, PCMCIA Micro-Drive, other? ...I don't want to lose my data through drive failure.

I use Pen Drive...never have an issue.

I've never heard someone tell me their USB flash drive failed.  And if
you don't want to lose your data, keep it in more than one place on more
than one type of media.  Nothing is 100% safe.
