Print Explosion Deluxe

Print Explosion Deluxe, will not start up after upgrading to the newest
verison (2.0.7).  Deleting the preference did not solve the problem.  
Running MacOS 10.2.8.  Has anyone had this problem, if so what is the
solution.

  I have always had issues at one time or another in trying to get PE
running. I futzed around long enough to get it going. Can't remember
what I did, at some points I just gave up only to try again later.

  When I installed Panther, I tried installing it again, and it works
without any hiccups.
