Hi.

Using MacOS X 10.3.7, and Mail 1.3.9 ...

When I reply to a message, the mail-composing window doesn't have a
toolbar.  (OTOH, when I send a msg, the window *does* have a toolbar.)

I tried View->Customize Toolbar in the midst of a reply.  The toolbar
magically appeared.  When I clicked "Save", the toolbar once again
disappeared.  I then tried View->Customize Toolbar, along with
inserting and/or removing various items into the toolbar.  When I
clicked "Save", the toolbar again disappeared.

Suggestions?  Thanks.
