"Artist alerts" in iTunes 4.7/iTMS?  How?

Okay, I'm probably even more clueless than usual.  I've read on Apple's site
that the new, improved iTunes has this feature, "Artist Alerts."  It's
new!  So must be good, or documented somewhere.  One is sent an email
when a new track is added to iTMS by the artists you've signed up for the
alerts from.  Which I'd sort of like.

My question:  How To Do It?

I was sort of expecting a big button saying "Would you like to sign up for
an alert from us and this artist?"  Or maybe a list of artists most
people want to be alerted about, or SOMETHING telling what to do.  Searching
"help" didn't help.  Searching "Artist Alerts" on the web or in newgroups
got me nowhere, though I did learn that it was a new feature of iTunes 4.7.

I knew that.

(Insert sound of gnashing teeth here.)

Suggestions?  Thanks a bunch!

Click Add Artist Alert when you're looking at an album or an artist
page.  For example, right now there's a big Cardigans banner at the top
of my iTMS.  If I click that I go to the iTunes exclusive "album."  It
says "iTunes Originals - The Cardigans" and under that it says "The
Cardigans" and under that it says "Add Artist Alert" which is where you
click.

If you click "The Cardigans" (second line) you go to their artist page.
In the upper right corner of this page is Artist Alert with a ginormous
red NEW badge.  I almost missed it -- they should make it blink.

Thanks, Jerry.  Naturally, I finally got to an artists home page in
iTMS just moments after posting my query.  Have calmed down
now.

Just to be excessively clear for others sake:  to add "Artist Alerts" you
need to be signed in and at an artist's home page.  There's a big
button in the upper RH corner once you're there.  Don't bother
looking for other instructions in the Help Viewer.

Wish there were a keyboard shortcut or script to add a few dozen
artists all at once!  You can add all artists you've bought songs by,
but not from "all artists in library."  Hmm.

No, you don't - if you're on *any* Album page for the artist there is an
"Add Artist Alert" link under the Album's name. You don't have to be
signed in to see this but, as you stated, you will obviously need to be
signed in to attempt to add an artist to your personal alert database.

Not on the TEARS FOR FEARS page - perhaps some artists who have more
than the generic page layout might have gotten overlooked. This is the
only example I could find, however.
