Is there a better browser for the iphone than safari?  I can barely
stand the format.

What is it that you can't stand, exactly?

I don't think there is any other browser for the iPhone. I have to say,
having experienced the sorry excuses for web browsers on other mobile
phones, the browser on the iPhone is way better, IMO. If you think
Safari on the iPhone is bad, you should see the web browsers on Palm,
Nokia, and Samsung phones!

Seems OK to me, given the size of the screen.

Some apps (for example Readdle Web) have their own browser included.

The Safari browser is one of the best things on the iPhone.

Look for the Google App on the App store.
