How to get personal icon or avatar on MT-Newswatcher

Hey!

I've seen lots of groovy and not so cool personal icons or avatars in
the upper left hand corner of posts reading the groups with
MT-Newswatcher 3.5.2 latest version.  How you get your pic of choice
(.gif, .jpg, .tif, .png or whatever) to appear in that spot?
