I need a program for mac that can play .ts files in a row (not to be
confused with Video_ts folders). Does such a program exist?

Or do I have to convert it? And what format would make sense to a
transport stream with a 10 GB load pr hour...

Thx in advance!

VLC claims to play them-- <http://www.videolan.org/>.  I haven't tried
that format myself so I can't speak from experience.

THat was the first thin I tried. Maybe I need to do something out of the
ordinary to get VLC to do it. The obvious solutions didn't work.

Thanks for your input!

Mpeg Streamclip can play them. I don't know if it can play them "in a
row," but it's not a bad viewer.

OK, thought it could only convert it, I'll need some extra quicktime
stuff, right?

Installed MPEG-2 Quicktime component, but there's no way it's
recognizing the .ts files as video.

Where'd you get the files?

I drop the whole bunch at once onto MPEG Streamclip.  Then it will play
them in order, no problem.

Why not try it and see?  If the .ts contains an MPEG-4 encoded video,
then presumably you won't need the MPEG-2 playback codec.
