Having just discovered iSync I'd like to set it
up with my Palm.

Pogue's Missing Manual says to change the conduit
for HotSync, but that isn't available in the version
I have installed. I looked for a newer version, but
it hasn't been changed since 2005, and is 4.2.1
Rev D., which I have installed.

What can I do to get iSync to work with my Tungsten
E2?

Thanks, John

Consider using Missing Sync by Mark Space software. Its not free, but
its a hell of a lot better than using iSync alone and its eons better
than Palm's antiquated Palm desktop software.

You can download Missing Sync from http://www.markspace.com
