That doesn't magically make Defender a Mac application - it's a Windows
application. This is comp.sys.mac.apps, a news group for discussion
about Mac applications. If you want Windows help, you're better off
posting your question to a Windows applications news group.

Can't be uninstalled but you can disable it via Security Center. Future
Windows updates may re-enable it so check back on its status every now
and again.
