Hi everyone,

I have an unsecured network with two laptops. The first laptop runs the
latest version of Tiger and connects to the network automatically
whenever I wake it from sleep. My newer laptop runs the latest version
of Leopard. Whenever I wake it from sleep, I have to type in the name of
the network before it will connect. How can I make it so this computer
connects automatically like my older laptop?

TIA,

Danny

You'll need to add the network to the System Preferences > Network >
Airport > Advanced > Preferred Networks list. Have you done that yet?

System Preferences -> Network -> Airport -> Advanced

Check the box "Remember any network this computer has joined".
