reinstalled pc how reaload itunes songs?

Hello,

I had to reinstall my PC and lost all data on the HD

What do I have to do in order to sync my ipod with the newly
reinstalled itunes in the PC?

how can I make sure all the songs in my ipod get sync and fill the new
installed itunes?
