Hi everyone,

I have an older MacBook Pro Core Duo (NOT Core 2 Duo) ... well not all
THAT old. It's less than 2 years old!  heheheheh

Does anyone know if there are any USB adaptors or Express Cards
available on the Australian market that will enable me to use a 802.11n
network. Particularly, I would like to know if anyone has had any luck
with the Netgear, DLink or Belkin products.

I have seen options on the web whereby you can change the actual
internal Airport Card with a 802.11n variety, but none of the
technicians I have spoken with in Brisbane have heard of this here in
Australia.

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Danny

That's for models with a Core 2 Duo CPU, not those with the Core Duo he
has.

Danny, I think this card will do what you need:
<http://www.quickertek.com/products/expresscard.php>.  There may be
other models available, I haven't looked extensively.  Their order form
implies that they ship to Australia, but I can't vouch for that from
personal experience.
