Gimp stopped working. When I now try to start it, I get a dialogue box coming up saying Failed to start X11 - gimp.app requires Apple's X11 X11.app is where it should be, in Applications/Utilities and it starts up fine manually. I've downloaded and installed the fix X11-2.1.4.pkg as shown in the Gimp homepage for 10.5.2, but after a restart still no luck. Help? If Gimp is not at the top level in your Applications folder (for example, if you put it into a Gimp folder inside Applications), some things will not work. This may not be the source of your problem, but it's worth keeping in mind. |
