I'm using Discus 4.20 for Power PC. I love it, EXCEPT that within about
the last month, I've lost the template *outline* on the screen ‹ what I
look at when I'm designing my label. Label stock is Avery 5294, 2-1/2"
(I think) round.
I can open the layout from scratch or from opening a previously saved
document and that template shape is not there. If I, however, open that
template and then go to the Project Preview window, the round shapes are
visible. If I go to the Grid tab and select Show Cut Window I get the
round red dashed line that defines the area of the template so in that
way I CAN know where my design elements are positioned but that's not
how it's supposed to be. Dangitall!
Did I mention that all the other templates show up just as they are
supposed to.
I have been in correspondence with MagicMouse tech support. They
cannot replicate my glitch. They've seen screen shots and are pretty
much shrugging their shoulders, I think. :-( I asked about
reinstalling the app and was told to download and install the current
version, which I did. No difference.
I upgraded to 10.4.11 probably in mid-December (whenever I received
notice of it via the Software checker thingy) and I noticed this problem
after that, in late December or early January but I can't swear to any
of it. Might there be a connection? Color me Clueless.
Any ideas?
Thanks again.

Sorry you're having this problem. I've not seen it on my copy of Discus
4.20. Guess the Universe is just picking on you.
