Ah, cool. I was going to do that with some music videos where the video
isn't that great but the audio is passable.

You can also do it with Streamclip, which is a pretty good free

I only get the AAC option. Several months ago I converted a couple mp4s
to mp3 and can't remember how I did it 8-(

You'll get the MP3 option if you change your import settings in
Preferences>Advanced.
