Is there a shortcut key for this that anyone is aware of?  Going off
the menu to jump from one server to another doesn't seem "quick" to
me...  I guess it's a relative term.. ;)

Write to unison@panic.com and suggest they add such a short cut.

In the mean time, have you tried adding the shortcut yourself in System
Preferences > Mouse & Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts?

Didn't seem to work...  But I've never tried that before so I could be
completely clueless about it.

Then you should send them an email requesting it.

Personally, I rarely ever switch servers, so selecting a menu item is
no big deal to me.

Not quite sure what you mean but I have two servers configured and
groups from each listed in a single favorites drawer. When I open the
app I can switch between these within the drawer the only downside
being that only the current server is refreshed.

It's probably harder to describe than the reality.

Ah.. I get it now... Unison switches to the proper server
automatically... I just figured that out..  Yea.. that *is* an easy way
to switch servers...

Plug for Hogwasher: The Hog can see any servers simultaneously and feed you
their headers but once so that you see them as if all servers were bet one.
