I'm looking for a software that would help me to save in an graphic
format my fingerprints. I need to build a fingerprint database with
jpeg files.

THanks in advance

iPhoto, Portfolio, iViewMediaPro, Filemaker Pro, and others.

You need to define what data you need...

Sorry, that last sentence wasn't very clear.

What information about each JPEG file to you need the software to
store, and how do you want to be able to search, sort, and report on
that data?

How many JPEGs do you need to store?

If you can provide more information about the scope of your project you
will get better advice.

You want to store fingerprints in a lossy image format? What zoom level
are they at?

Well, to be fair, JPEG does not have to be compressed, lossy or
otherwise.  The OP probably thought that JPEG JFIF was a good idea, but
I agree that there are JPEG formats that would be more appropriate.

However, there is not enough information in the OP to really suggest
much more than that.
