it works fine, as does virtually any powerpc based application running
on an intel mac.

But watch out for possible problems with your Mac not going to sleep.
Qualcomm seems to have largely abandoned Eudora and, in January, I
noticed that my iMac (G5 PowerPC, not Intel) wasn't going to sleep --
it just looked that way, but I could hear the fan going quietly in the
background. I traced the problem to Eudora -- and apparently it was a
known problem. So I'm not saying you'll suffer from the problem, but
you might.

They _seem_ to? They have flat out stated that Eudora is moving to open
source development, and you cannot possibly miss seeing the announcment
if you go to the Eudora web site.

Hm, so I guess I better stick with Apple Mail and wait for Penelope.
I've googled a bit meanwhile, and someone complained about trouble with
clicking links in Eudora. Too bad, Eudora was my favourite
e-mail-client on the PC.
Thanks for all the replies.

Eudora 6.2 is working fine on my Intel imac 24 in. Clicking links? No
problem. Eudora doesn't handle HTML code well, it never did, but you can
always select Open in Browser (I've set up a keyboard shortcut for this).
