Hallo, I search a software to edit mathematics formulas. I have to write the formula along y axis and rotate of 90°. I use Equation Editor for writing equations, but if I export the equation with copy/paste and I try to rotate it, the image changes from vectorial to bitmap format and it reduces the resolution. WordPerfect, a free Classic application, has a full-featured equation editor. You can make the equation there, copy it, and paste it into WP's graphic editor.
