Part of what you *should* have ended up with after you loaded the Mac
drivers is a Startup Disk control panel in Windows. Open Control Panel
from your Start menu, switch to Classic View, and you should find
Startup Disk. It's a Windows variant of the familiar Mac Control Panel.
(And, now that I look at it, I see that it has a button for Target Disk
mode as well.)
Another thing you can do is to hold down the option key when you restart
the computer. This will give you a screen on which you can choose
whether to start up in Windows or in OSX.

Well, it has to be there somewhere, but I don't know which category it
would be under. In Classic view, you get an alphabetical listing, so
it's easy to find things.

Well I dont have it under classic or the newer view. I can only switch
between programs by using the option key. I'm surprised. Or did I
install incorrectly.

That's odd. It's been long enough ago that I installed Boot Camp that I
don't remember whether I did something special to get the Control Panel
or whether it just showed up as part of installing the Mac Drivers.
