Are there any OS X native apps that can work with ClarisDraw documents?
Not interested in classic apps; I have ClarisWorks.

Yes, GraphicConverter can do this

Eeh? 'ClarisWorks' _is_ a classic app, and it also should do it, - of
course you must have the proper XTND translator in the Translators
folder inside the Claris folder located in your classic systemfolder.

If you mean AppleWorks 6.x, which runs native under OS x, you must put
the XTND translators into the translators folder inside the AppleWorks
folder.

cheers, Erik Richard

Intaglio will read them *and* keep all the vectorial information if any
(while GraphicConverter will turn everything into a single bitmap)

Really, really worth the try

I agree that Intaglio is an excellent application. I wasn't aware it
would open ClarisDraw documents but then you learn something every day
:)

I will mention, as an aside, that Intaglio is a LinkBack savvy
application so if you use it in conjunction with Nisus Writer Express
you can copy/paste an Intaglio graphic into Nisus Writer Express then
when you double click on that graphic it will open in an Intaglio
window for editing. It's like magic - okay a bit like OpenDoc really.

I think it's more like OLE than OpenDoc actually. But we don't mention
OLE in a forum such as this :)

True - it also works with Keynote for instance...
