Sure, my advice would be that you should learn to spell, learn not to
use caps for needless emphasis, and learn not to post the same message
multiple times. It would also help if you mentioned what kind of
computer this was.
With that said, there has been a lot of talk about this problem with
MacBooks.

You should take it back to the shop or get in touch with Apple or
