I can't seem to figure out to use iWeb to redo webpages that I already
have in place that aren't going to .mac. I just want something plain
vanilla like Netscape's Composer for instance, that I can use edit and
updated my webpages. Suggestions?

If you want something like Netscape, why not use Netscape?

Or even better, Mozilla (<http://www.mozilla.org/products/mozilla1.x/>)
or NVU (<http://www.nvu.com/>), which is Netscape's composer as a
stand-alone app.
