CD tray not opening

dear friends,

i could not open "tray" to insert CD, what to do? need i hav to call
hardware or software
person. meantime i have additional..i.e. CD writer. If i use this
writer to play CD
to write/burn..my originally installed CD drive (F) vanishes on 'my
computer'
than i have to 'check for C driver error
please suggest me in this regard.
