I have registered with several secure sites. Some let me sign in with no
problems. Others give me this message: "Security failure. Data decryption
error."
I contacted that web site. They sent back an e-mail saying Microsoft
Internet Explorer no longer serves Macintosh for secure sites, but that I
can down load Netscape & use that as my browser.
It seems very strange to me that some secure sites work & others don't.
What's up?

Must be an OS X problem. I use IE 5.1.7 for secure sites all
the time with no problem (OS 9.1)

It's not an OS X problem.
I'm using Mac 9.2 & Internet Explorer 5.1.7.
