I am receiving the error unable to establish a secure
connection and am using Internet Explorer 4.5 on a
macintosh os9.  From the Microsoft knowledge base I find
that I need to upgrade the Internet Explorer to 128 bit.
I find that the only option is to upgrade to 5.1.7 for my
operating system.  Is this version 128 bit?  Thanks for
your reply.
