I went to:
<microsoft.public.jp.outlookexpress.mac>
and I only found a half a window of posts.

I've been there before and I recall many posts, like here, IE mac.

There has been no activity in a week.

I again pulled the group off the long list of microsoft newsgroups and got
the same thing.

Does anyone know what's going on with that group, or what I may be doing
wrong?

My oe5 frequently bombs-error 11, and it always happens the moment I press
'send.'

I have been through all sorts of clean installs, initializations etc for
other problems, and this problem has persisted through it all.

Any advice?

Thanks,  Rafael Montserrat

Are you intentionally trying to use a Japanese newsgroup?

For the US version, try microsoft.public.internet.outlookexpress.mac.

Adam,

No. I don't speak Japanese.

I subscribed to the lead you gave me.

Thanks,

Rafael
