I use eMac OSX 10.3.4 with Netscape 7.1 and Explorer 5.2.

I have been using Netscape for browsing and e-mail, but I
want to switch to Explorer.

When I go to Protocol Helper Settings>mailto, choose
Internet Explorer, and then open the Mailto page on
Explorer, I get the following message: "5.0.0 Need RCPT
(recipient)."

My E-mail Preferences page is OK, but there is no place to
enter a Receiving Mail address.

Where do I enter a Receiving Mail address?  And would that
solve my problem?

Internet Explorer doesn't have the ability to manage e-mail.  The limited
e-mail preferences dialog is only there for e-mail forms you might send.

For e-mail, you can either continue using Netscape, switch to Mail from
Apple, or consider buying another application, like Microsoft Entourage.
