Hello guys,
I have been facing a problem that I don't know where I should turn to
fix it.
I have build a web site in dreamweaver, and everything looks good in
almost every browser from Mozila on PC to IE in PC and Safari in Mac
shows it exactly what it's supposed to look like. But when the same
page is viewed in Mac OS9 or OSX IE it shows my flyout menues shifted
to right and left (rather being centered). The other thing is that I
have top margin set to be 0 but for some reason it's adding a margin
on top. If I reload the page 3-4 times that gap will go away but why
does this happen? Please let me know if you have any information. I
have been trying everything and doesn't fix the problem. Why would IE
in mac preview a site so much differently than it is previewing it in
PC?

Thank you all,
Shadkam

Simple answer: Mac IE and Windows IE are (were) developed by two separate
divisions. The underlying rendering engines are radically different. IE for
Mac isn't under active development anymore, anyway, so I wouldn't really
bother targeting that platform. Of course, try to make the site functional
in IE for Mac, but don't worry about making it spot-on.
