I cannot download any files from the internet, whether using AOL (my
primary ISP) or Internet Explorer. When I try, the pages just
refresh, but no downloads! I'm using a G4 PowerBook, OSX Jaguar & a
dial-up connection. Between the settings for AOL, my Mac's Network
preferences, IE, Entourage etc, etc, I must have SOMETHING wrong...any
ideas?
Thanks!

You haven't used a third-party download utility in the past like Speed
Download, have you? Sometimes, uninstalling such applications can stop IE
from downloading Web content.
