Can't view or open jpeg images

Hello

When I view some sites or try to open jpeg images my explorer 5.1 says
that it 'doesn't know how to handle the type of file selected'

I can then either save to disk or configure an application.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am running OS9.1 on a G4

Reinstall Quicktime Picture Viewer and Quicktime Movie Player??
