No Scripting possible with IExplorer 5.1 on OS 9.2.2 ?!

sadly, the URL to solving the Problem no longer works.

Does anybody have the info for me?

Go to Edit -> Preferences, then Web Browser > Web Content, and make sure the
option to "Enable Scripting" under "Active Content" is checked.  Then click
OK.

If JavaScript still doesn't work, delete the PPC Registration Database and
re-launch Internet Explorer to test again.
