When visiting certain sites an Internet Script Alert window appears
requesting that I select 'yes' in my Secutity Warning Window. This
error also seems to be applicable to an increasing number of sites.
Can anyone offer any help or guidance on this matter?

Many thanks

If you check the Preferences panel of IE, in Web Browser > Web Content, do
you have "Show scripting error alerts" enabled?  Badly-coded sites can throw
up lots of these errors, and you're usually best off disabling this feature.
