Text comes out looking funny (Chineese)

One of my web pages outputs only funny looking characters in IE5 for MAC OS 10.3.

I works great everywhere else.

Any ideas? Please help !!!

I am not able to give you a URL since this is a page that requires a
login/password to be accessed. Some people, only users of MAC OS 10.3
have this issue. No one else. Any idea?
